Potassium Sorbate - 1oz package is enough to treat 37 gallons of wine at 300ppm sorbic acid (use with potassium metabisulfite).

Potassium Metabisulfite - 2oz package is enough to treat:

• As an antioxidant - 1/4 tsp of adds 50ppm to 5 gallons of must* one 2oz package will treat 36 gallons
• As a sanitizing rinse - 2 oz per gallon of water (entire package)

*To calculate the amount of potassium metabisulfite to get a desired concentration of free sulfite, use the following equation:
(desired sulfite concentration, ppm or mg/L) x (volume of must, L) x 2 x 1g/1000mg = mass of K metabisulfite in g
